Just a few days ago, our STANCE4HEALTH project coordinator, José Ángel Rufián explained the media, more about the Project and about the nutritional intervention that is currently being carried out in Spain.
During the interview he pointed out the importance of the intestinal microbiota and its effects on health and also talked about the strengths of the project's nutritional intervention.
During the interview, it was possible to see how one of the participants of the project delivered her samples and collected the necessary material to carry out the intervention. In addition, the participant was explained how to best use the project app and the wearable band.
